Family Nature Night: You Can Be a Scientist!

June 21, 2023 @ 5:30 pm - 6:30 pm EDT

Free

How many plants and animals can you track down? You and your family can contribute to science by taking pictures! It’s that easy! Document the plants and animals so that scientists can use that information. Use a provided tablet or bring a smart phone/device(s) for your children to use – download the free app “Seek” to use for this program. We’ll be going outside so dress for the weather. Join a Hendricks County Parks naturalist for this interactive lesson!

RECOMMENDED FOR AGES 10 THROUGH ADULT. CHILDREN UNDER THE AGE OF 16 MUST BE ACCOMPANIED BY A PARENT OR GUARDIAN.

FREE TO ATTEND

ADVANCE REGISTRATION REQUIRED BY CALLING (317) 839-6602 BY JUNE 14
