It has hair, it’s warm blooded, it’s a mammal! We’re not just talking about humans; we’re talking about all those other mammals out there. Mammals are truly one-of-a-kind. Learn how the animal kingdom is classified, as well as get a chance to make an animal tracking pit and see what we can catch.
This program is based on the BSA Mammal Study merit badge, but everyone – scouts or non-scouts – is welcome to participate! (BSA merit badge requirements covered: #1,2, 4d, and 5. Prerequisite: #3)
