Creek Splash

Cool off and enjoy a splashing good time! Play in White Lick Creek at Danville Parks and Recreation‘s Ellis Park with Hendricks County Park Naturalists! You might even learn something! Did you know that the presence of certain aquatic insects can tell you about the health of the creek?
Wear closed-toe water shoes or old sneakers, bring towels, and don’t forget your water bottle! (If the creek is unsafe, there will be alternate activities.) Meet near the swinging bridge.
