Planning for Multiple Uses of Parks

Teens, join Hendricks County Parks & Recreation staff as we explore what it’s like to work in a park office, different careers within the parks system, recommended education levels, and what it takes to be a parks superintendent. We also discuss how important multiple uses are in the park system.  

Could parks and recreation be a career option for you? This program is designed to provide a no-pressure look into parks and recreation careers for teenagers who are contemplating their futures after high school. The program lasts from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. and participants will be provided lunch.
