Been in the house too much? Winter grays got you down? To welcome Spring into your life, join a naturalist on a gentle jaunt that will have you enjoying the fresh air, hearing the birds sweetly singing, and spying plants peeking out of the soil. Regardless of age, interests, abilities, we all need nature. Come to one or come to them all to experience the beauty of Hendricks County Parks! While each program will be appropriate for all ages, please note the terrain for each location so that your capability will make the time enjoyable for you. If you need to stretch those legs, but you have a baby—bring the stroller on Friday or Saturday. Need an accessible trail? We’ve got you covered on Friday or Saturday!
Hiking terrain info: moderate difficulty, rugged ground, gravel path, up to 1 mile.
APPROPRIATE FOR ALL AGES. CHILDREN UNDER THE AGE OF 16 MUST ATTEND WITH A PARENT OR GUARDIAN WHO IS ABLE TO WALK THE TRAILS.
