Family programs are held at McCloud Nature Park and throughout the community year-round. These programs are open to all, and most are free of charge!
Family programs are designed to convey knowledge regarding nature, conservation, and our local environment in a fun, hands-on atmosphere. Hendricks County Parks and Recreation strives to create exciting recreation opportunities that enlighten participants to the importance of our ecology.
Some programs require a small fee to cover costs, and you can register and pay for those programs online. The first time you register for a program, you will need to create a profile for yourself and family members, but it’s easy!
