Trees at the Senior Center

Just in time before the leaves start turning brilliant colors, learn some basic tree identification tips! Trees give us more than just oxygen – they provide shade, habitat for wildlife and insects, reduce cooling bills, and even increase property value! A Hendricks County Parks naturalist will share some ideas on how to use native trees in your landscaping.

These monthly programs are during lunch at the Senior Center. Donations are accepted for lunch. The Center partners with CICOA to provide the meals. CICOA’s paperwork must be completed upon your first visit. Lunch is prepared by Hendricks Regional Health Hospital. To make a lunch reservation, please call by 11 am the day before at 317-910-5356.
