Autumn Bike with a Biologist and a Birder

Grab your bike and head over to Amo to meet your DNR Division of Fish and Wildlife biologist, Erin Basiger, and wildlife biologist and passionate birder, Simon Davies. Participants will have an opportunity to learn about and identify invasive species during the bike ride. In addition, participants will view various wildlife habitats and their wildlife occupants.
The bike trip will consist of a 1.5-mile ride out from the Amo trailhead and a 1.5-mile return ride, for a total of three (3) miles. Participants may turn around at any point along the trail if they would like to return sooner. Modern restrooms and water fountains are available at the Amo trailhead but not at the turn-around point. Dress for the weather and bring a water bottle.
