Build a rain barrel to take home! Learn the benefits of rainwater collection and how to set up a water collection space at your home. This workshop will be hands-on, using tools and plumbing hardware to construct your own rain barrel out of a recycled 55-gallon barrel. Hendricks County Parks & Recreation is partnering with the Hendricks County Soil & Water District to bring you this program! This workshop is $15 if you’d like to build a rain barrel to take home, or you can simply observe for free.
